Hazardous Location LED Vapour Tight

The Haz-X R series is a hazardous-location LED vapour-tight luminaire certified for Class I, Division 2 (Groups A, B, C, D) and Class I, Zone 2 (Group IIC), with T5/T6 temperature ratings. It is designed for safe, reliable operation in demanding industrial environments.

Available in 2 ft and 4 ft lengths with 20W–60W output options, it features a robust 20-gauge 304 stainless steel housing with a RAL 9010 powder-coated finish, stainless steel latches, and a 3 mm fibreglass-reinforced polycarbonate lens (clear standard). A 120° beam angle ensures wide, uniform illumination, while performance is maintained in temperatures from -40°C to 60°C.

Built for harsh and hazardous applications, it is ideal for marine, pulp and paper, water and wastewater treatment, petrochemical, and offshore installations.

A frosted lens option is available as a factory-installed configuration and must be specified at ordering, as lead times may apply.

For enhanced efficiency, the Haz-X R Series is compatible with the optional Haz-X IN02-A-A explosion-proof microwave occupancy sensor. Using 5.8 GHz detection, it provides automatic ON/OFF control and 1–10V dimming, with adjustable settings for occupancy and daylight response. Its IP66 rating and Class I, Division 2 certification ensure dependable performance in hazardous environments.
